Great video! I do have two questions. You mentioned drilling the new shaft. Was there already a hole and you cleaned it out or did you make a new hole. Also, I didn’t see the new ferrule being set in place. Is it already in place and seats when you install the new shaft or do you have to set it in place? Thanks :o)
