Where can I find cheap golf clubs on the internet or a store?
I want golf clubs ranging from 20$ to 60$ where should i go?
I want more of a driver. Where do you think i could find a nice 80$ or less one?

A lot of golf and standard sports stores carry used clubs and they are much less inexpensive (but you may not find a complete set for $ 60 outside of a garage sale - which is another great alternative). I think it is better to see what you are getting and if possible, swing them, before buying.

You’re kidding right? The only place you get that kinda price is if someone is about to throw out their old decrepit rusty golf clubs made 10 years ago.
Not even walmart clubs are that cheap, they’re in the 100 dollar range for a full set.
Go to the traded in club section in a store like Golf Galaxy. They may not be new but for your price range the can be found

well really the only place where you could find NEW clubs that cheap are probably clones or knockoffs. Wouldnt advise though here is a link anyway
